Planning and Executing Training Sessions: We’ll look at understanding learner preferences and goals, defining clear objectives, how to design content and lesson format, creating lesson plans, and preparing resources.
Training Delivery Showcase & Practice: We’ll look at how to engage learners through effective presentation and communication skills, task and time management, and participation elements such as collaboration or breakout sessions.
One to One Feedback: Follow up evaluation of a training session to evaluate effectiveness.
